Booking Conditions
We must receive the balance of your account 21 DAYS before your holiday is due to commence or the booking my be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
Payment can be made by Visa / Mastercard / PayPal / Cheque / Bank Transfer.
Longer term winter rental available from September to March – on holiday rental basis, Photo ID and inventory bond required.
Shorter breaks available in low season – price on application.
ONLY the persons listed on the reservation form may use the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted in any flat.
Should the holiday be cancelled, the hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let. The 25% deposit however, is non-returnable. Guests are therefore recommended to insure against this. Holiday cancellation forms are supplied with your invoice.
The person making the reservation must be aged 21 years or over.
The capacity of apartments MUST NOT be exceeded.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
The hirer will be responsible for the contents of the apartment during their stay. Breakages or damage must be reported immediately and NOT AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY so that these may be made good. The hirer will be held responsible for any costs incurred in this respect.
Possession of the apartment cannot be taken after 2:00pm unless by prior arrangement. The apartment must be vacated by 9:30am on the day of departure.
Parking is available from 10am on your first day.
Charges are from Saturday to Saturday Mid-week bookings are acceptable early and late season, if available.
Guests must ensure there is no unreasonable amount of nose within their apartment at any time. In particular, TV’s, radios etc. must be turned LOW between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
The hirer shall allow the proprietors, or their agents to enter the apartment at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining the state and condition thereof, and of furniture and household effects.
The Proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
The booking is made on the understanding that the apartment can be hired by you on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances beyond our control (i.e. fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide you with an alternative apartment. All monies will therefore be refunded in full, but you will have no claim against the proprietors.
The submission of a reservation or with the deposit does not commit the proprietors in any way.
The proprietors will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles parking in the car park. Parking is at owner’s risk.
Guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance.
